Sharing Memory, Governance, and Logic Across Agents: Bayer’s Orchestration Pattern on n8n

Over the last few years, every major SaaS platform Bayer operates, its service desk, its Finance, its HR system of processing, has tried to introduce a separate, premium tier for AI agent capability, priced apart from the core platform and layered on top of infrastructure and data the customer already owns. Adopted independently across systems, this produces several disconnected agent implementations, each with its own memory, its own governance model, and no path to reuse between them.
