Manoj Desai leads enterprise conversational and agentic AI platforms at Albertsons, shaping how AI is built, governed, and scaled across the organization. With more than a decade of experience in AI and machine learning, his work spans platform strategy, engineering leadership, and enterprise adoption. His focus is on making AI a shared organizational capability, enabling teams closest to the business to build and operate agents, supported by the architecture, governance, and accountability required at enterprise scale.

He is also the creator of python-a2a, an open-source framework for agent-to-agent collaboration. His guiding belief: the opportunity in enterprise AI isn't simply to automate more work, but to expand who can build the systems that do it.
